Adelia Ann Thompson, 61, ofMurrellsInlet, SC passed away on October 2nd, 2016. She was born February 21st,1955 in Conway, SC, a daughter to the late Eldridge Clifford Thompson and Willie MaeGaughfThompson She was also predeceased by her brother, Jim Blake Thompson.With three degrees, Ann enjoyed a long career as a graphic artist and most recently started a second career as a nurse with Tidelands Hospital. She had a passion for all things creative and crafty. Whether it be decorating the Christmas tree or re-designing a kitchen, friends and family could count on Ann to help. Ann also had a love for music and was a very talented musician. She enjoyed singing with her brother, Keith. Most of Ann's life was spent giving to her family and friends. She doted upon all of her nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces and was especially marveled by the love and joy received from Adelia Blake, her namesake.Annis survived by her brothers John Gaughf ThompsonandKeith Thompson (Darissa),She is also survived byEdward McAndrews and PatrickMcAndrews, nieces Grayson Maughn (Marc), Aimee Terhart (Bobby), Shannon Lee FanFan(Anthony), and Kimberly McCants and nephew William Blake Thompson.
A celebration ofAnn'slife will be held will be held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church at65 Crooked Oak Drive inPawleys Island, SC 29585 on October 15th at 2:00 PM.
