Alexander (Alex) Bakonyi age 65 of Little River, South Carolina formerly of Fairfield, Connecticut, passed away suddenly on December 6th 2021. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on November 14, 1956 son of Joseph and Irene Moritz Bakonyi. Alex lived most of his life in Fairfield. In 2005 he moved to Little River with the late Aunt Louise Moritz.

He is survived by his sister Pamela Armentano, nieces Juliane, Olivia Snyder and Nephew Gabriel. Alex loved gardening and a Good Meal, he was dependable, hardworking,faithful,and a gentle soul. All who knew him loved him. Inspite of his disabilities he never gave up, he liked to joke around a lot with everyone and brought joy into their lives. When you remember him know he is at Peace and loved by his Heavenly Father. He will be greatly Missed.
