Charles Gerald "Jerry" Fredericks Jr. age 44, of Garden City, SC went to be with the Lord September 22, 2016.
He was born September 3, 1972 in Montgomery, WV a son of Charles Sr. and Jane Duncan Fredericks.
Jerry was a member of Journey Church, and worked as a machinist at Petra Industrial Services Inc.
Survivors include his children Jordan, Jada, and Josiah Fredericks; parents Charles Sr. and Jane Fredericks; grandson Gabriel; sister Melanie (Kevin) McGraw; mother of his children Januarie Fredericks;
Visitation will be held 2:00pm Monday September 26, 2016 at Journey Church 10607 Hwy 707 Myrtle Beach, SC 29588. Funeral Service will follow at 3:00pm.
