Surviving Jax are his parents Dustin East and Brittany Graves; siblings Kameron East, Leevi East, Jordan Joseph Mark East, Breanna East, Chyanne East; grandparents Angelia Smith, Sam Smith, Keith Graves, Trisha Graves; Phyllis East, and Willie Spivey; great grandparents Elma Shelton, Hilda Buys, Catherine Cirillo, Tony Cirillo; aunts Ivey Smith, Susan East, Harley Graves, Churistia Graves, April Graves, Arlene Graves; uncles Keith Graves, Michael East, Eddie Graves, Damien East, Dillion Murphy; cousins William Graves, Aiden Graves, Aubrie Graves and all the East cousins;
Visitation will be held 12:00pm- 2:00pm on Saturday August 26, 2017 at Grand Strand Funeral Home 9506 Hwy 707 Myrtle Beach, SC 29588. Funeral service will be held 3:00pm on Saturday August 26, 2017at Low Country Community Church 4430 Murrells Inlet Road, Murrells Inlet, SC29576. Burial will follow at CarterCemetery Daisy Road, LorisSC 29569.
In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to the family care of Grand Strand Funeral Home 9506 Hwy 707 Myrtle Beach, SC 29588.
