Daniel Clay Faulk, 59, of Patrick, SC passed away on January 24th, 2018.
Daniel was born on June 21st, 1958 in Monroe, North Carolina, a son to Shorty and Annie Faulk. Daniel was preceded in death by his father Shorty Faulk, his brothers Ronnie, Charles and Randy Faulk and one grandchild, Weldon. In life, Daniel worked in the construction business and installed vinyl siding.
He is survived by his wife, Buffy Boatwright, daughter Amber (Mike Mike), sons Eddie and Joshua (Jessica), grandchildren Brooke, Gaberial, Joshua, Cody, and Paislee, his mother Annie Faulk, sisters Janet Crump (Mike) and Beth Faulk, brother Ricky Faulk (Tina) and special friends Pastor Bob Morris and Chris Atkinson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date, to be determined, at Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Hartsville, SC.
Memorials may be sent to the family to assist with final expenses at 5257 Patrick Society Hill Road in Patrick, SC 29584.
