This October 10th, Dorothy Faye Amos Miller of Andrews, SC took her final breath with her granddaughter by her side. The sun rose and the world welcomed Dorothy on December 24th, 1936, in Danville, VA, a day the world became a little brighter. Dorothy lived a full and warm life, where she enjoyed tending to her roses, cross-stitching, and spoiling her cats with many treats. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, Pink S Amos Sr. and Annie Norman Amos, 2 sisters, and 4 brothers. She is survived by a son, Dennis Buchanan of Ringgold, VA; a granddaughter Emily Nicole "Niki" Buchanan of Andrews, SC and her 3 beloved cats Garfield, Sammy, and August.

A celebration of life is still being planned at this time.
