Douglas Edgar Denton, born November 30th, 1955 in Zanesville Ohio, passed away January 1st, 2023 at the age of 65.

He was the son of Fred Denton and Clarice Denton. Doug worked as a Flooring installer and tile and stone setter, for over 40 years here in Myrtle Beach. He was one of the best Tile installers around.  He loved to spend time with his friends and family, especially his grand children. He enjoyed camping fishing and if course a cold one.  He was a great man and will be forever missed.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents. Father Fred Denton and his mother Clarice Denton. As well as  brother Dave Denton.

Doug leaves behind his two daughters Micah Grimes  and Emily Cummins . His three grandchildren Joshua Ashley junior , Wyatt Ashley  and Mason Moore. As well as his sister Cindy Lowe her husband Pete Lowe. His brother Tom Dane and his wife Becky Denton. Also his two nephews Scott Lowe and TJ Denton.

A Celebration of life will be held January 27th, 2023 5 to 7 PM at Ole  shillelagh  raw bar 405 south Kings highway Myrtle Beach South Carolina.
