Gerry LeRoy Tackett, age 63, passed away June 29, 2021. Born in Ashland, KY, the son of Earl C. and Telma Tackett, he was a graduate of Fairview High school, class of 1976. He married his wife, Lisa, January, 19, 1998. He retired as an EMT and was a former AK Steel Worker. He was an avid shell collector and loved to grill for family and friends.

He is predeceased by his father, Earl, and mother, Telma, sister, Peg and mother-in-law, Carol.

He is survived by his wife Lisa; sons, Billy Collett (Summer) of Myrtle Beach, Gary Ryan Tackett (Kayla) of Ashland KY, Gavin Tackett (Morgan) of Myrtle Beach, a daughter in West Virginia; grandchildren, Zack Collett, Flynn Tackett, and Kyrie Tackett.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
