Mr. Davis was born in Dillon County, son of the late Bernice and Lizzie Mae Davis.

Along with his parents, Mr. Davis was predeceased by his brothers: Bryan Davis, Chris Davis, and Charles Davis.

Surviving are his sons: Michael Keith Davis of Conway and Timothy Dustin "Dusty" Davis (Lacey) of Conway; Five grandchildren: Landon Michael Davis (Taylor Burroughs) of Conway, Marisa Lynn Davis Floyd (Mason) of Aynor, Dustin Carter Davis, Sawyer Harrison Davis, and Hudson Gray Davis. Mr. Davis served and is a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. After returning home from Vietnam, Harold went to visit an aunt in the hospital in Illinois. There, a beautiful red headed nurse that was tending to his aunt caught his eye. It was love at first sight. For the next 50 years, Harold and Janice Louise Davis spent loving, laughing and building a life together.

Harold was a handyman and loved making people's visions and dreams come to life. He loved making people laugh and putting a smile on their face.  But there was nothing that made him smile more than being with his family on Sundays.

Harold and Janice had a love that was one like The Notebook - 13 days after Harold, his beloved wife, Janice joined him, hand in hand in Heaven to be together.

A Celebration of Life and Love Service will be held for Harold and Janice Davis together graveside at Hillcrest Cemetery on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 4 PM.
