Harold L. "Jack" Hazelbaker Jr., 71, formerly of Rostraver Twp., PA died Wednesday June 24th, 2020 at his residence in Surfside Beach, SC.

Jack was born in Charleroi, PA, son of the late Harold. L. Hazelbaker Sr. and Mary Laughland Hazelbaker.

He was a graduate of Belle Vernon H.S., California University of PA and Duquesne University where he earned his Master's degree in Education Administration.

Jack held numerous teaching and administrative positions in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas until he moved to Atlantic City where he worked in gaming. He was semi-retired and was currently working in the golf industry.

Jack is survived by his brother, Sheldon Hazelbaker and wife, Dorene of Rostraver Twp., PA; three nieces, Jennifer Rollison, Jacqueline Cohen, and Jessica Nadler, along with several great nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans or the Surfside United Methodist church, where Jack regularly attended services. A private memorial service will be held at a later date, with interment at Fells cemetery in Belle Vernon, PA.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Grand Strand Funeral Home and crematorium, Murrells Inlet, SC.
