Henry Levi Suggs passed unexpectedly on July 13, 2022. He was born on January 15, 1953 in Conway, SC. Levi was the son of the late William Gleaton Suggs and Beatrice King Suggs and foster parents Corey and Lee Holt.

Levi was an avid hunter and fisherman, who loved to tell a good story and he never met a stranger. He stayed active tinkering on small engines and boats. He will be greatly missed.

He was predeceased by his two brother Jerry Dale Suggs and James "JW" Suggs.

Levi is survived by his wife Gladys Suggs; son Levi Henry Suggs II (Melinda); brother Morris D. Suggs (Nettie) of Murrells Inlet, sister Carol Caughman Gaido of Texas; foster brothers Terry Chestnut (Cheryl) and Larry Todd of Conway, SC; grandchildren Haylee Suggs of Conway, SC and many other family members including the Holt and Todd family who will miss him.

A celebration of life will be held at 2pm on August 13 ^th at the Damascus Freewill Baptist Church in Conway, SC off HWY 378. Services will be officiated by Rev. Eddie Carter.
