Jackie went to join her husband in heaven on Wednesday Sept. 2, 2020. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family after her long, tough battle with brain cancer.

She was born in Connecticut and moved to Myrtle Beach in the mid 80's. Jackie was a former business owner, a proud worker in hospitality and food service, a golfer and an all around great person. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially on one of her many golf outings, movie and lunch days, morning yard sales, and get togethers to make pierogis, or something to satisfy her sweet tooth.

She was the daughter of the late James and Marie Moriarty, and was happily married to her husband, Raymond J. Lane, for 35 years before his passing on Sept. 4, 2000.

Jackie is preceded in death by her twin brother, Jack Moriarty. Her memory will be cherished by her son, Alan (Linda) Lane,and her beloved grandsons, Tyler (Gabrielle) Lane, and Brady Lane. Also her brother Bob (Donna) Moriarty, sisters, Dot (Ronnie)Grimason, Barbara (Richard) Desso and many nieces, nephews, in-laws and great friends, including her in-laws, Hal and Lois Schneider, who took such good care of her during this struggle.
