Mrs. Davis was raised on a farm in Southern Illinois. She grew up to peruse a career in the nursing field. She loved helping and taking care of people. Just her touch could bring comfort and her words would bring peace. It was at her job working as a nurse taking care of patients, where a tall, dark, and handsome man in a soldier's uniform caught her eye. It was love at first sight. For the next 50 years, Janice and Harold Eugene Davis spent loving, laughing and building a life together.
