On Saturday, August 28. Jennifer Ann Lewis, loving mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, granddaughter and sister, passed away at the age of 42. She is survived by her children, Macy Newman, Emmaline Hulse, Jackson, Hannah and Shaylin Lewis, her granddaughter, Kendalyn Saige Smoak, her husband, John Lewis, her parents, Leeann Wadsworth and Thomas Flora, her grandparents, Cynthia Joye and Paul Concannon, her grandfather, Howard Flora, her sisters and brother, Michelle Boehler, Adrienne Elam and Stephen Flora .

Her passing came much too soon and she will be greatly missed and always loved.
