Conway...Jim Parnell, age 72, of Privetts Rd, passed away
Saturday, September 15, 2018, at the Conway Medical Center.
Mr. Parnell was born in Abbeville, S.C, a son of the late
James Lawrence and Aurelia Kay Parnell. He was a U.S. Air
Force Veteran of the Vietnam War.
Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Brenda C. Parnell, one son
Sandy Parnell and his wife Carrie Parnell of Conway, preceded
in death by his daughter Shawn Marie Parnell, two grandsons,
Jesse Hucks and Andy Parnell, three great grandchildren,
one sister Brenda L. Parnell of Monroe N.C., and two brothers
Rick Parnell of Easley S.C. and John Parnell of Greer S.C.
A Memorial / A Celebration of his Life we be scheduled
at a later date.
Grand Strand Funeral Homel is in charge of arrangements.
