On Friday, April 9, 2021 our loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend passed on to the gardens of heaven. She was an extraordinary woman filled with warmth and kindness toward people and a love for horses and gardening. She is renowned for her family meals and a welcoming table of incredible food and drink. She will be missed dearly.

Jo Ann Allen is predeceased by her husband - William Allen and Parents - Lulu and John Crumit. She is survived by her sisters and brother-in-law – Dorothy Lanahan, Jacqueline Markham, and John Markham. Moreover, her beloved children - Grace Smeallie, Robin Quinn, Willard Phillips III, and stepdaughter Kim Marion. Her children's treasured spouses – Andrea Phillips, Terrance Quinn , and Mark Smeallie. Her darling grandchildren – Stephen Pagi, Stephanie Halso, Angela Pagi, Amber Frame, Alexander Canter, Riley Phillips and Ella Phillips. Lastly, her much loved great-grandchildren – Kaylee Halso, Charli Frame, Dante Pagi and Nina Pagi.
