Joseph P. Phillips, born on January 15, 1984, in Humble, Texas, passed away on February 28, 2026, in Conway, South Carolina. He was 42 years old.

Joseph is lovingly remembered by his mother Angela Hutton and stepfather Chuck Hutton; his father Joseph Phillips and Annette Portierre;  his sister Jennifer Phillips; and his brother Chad Hutton. He also leaves behind his cherished nieces Anna Marie, Caroline Dorman and nephews Judson and Lucas Dorman. Many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Joseph was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Norman and Leveta Mishoe of Conway and paternal grandparents Bobby and Pauline Phillips of Texas. Cousins Marcus Mishoe and Jamie Rogers.

Joseph will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
