Joyce Ruth Newell Turco 92 of Murrells Inlet, SC passed away December 18, 2017 at her residence.
She was born February 9, 1925 in Worcester, Massachusetts a daughter of the late George and Marjorie (Phillips) Newell. She was also predeceased by her son Gary LeeTurco
Joyce worked for over 25 years as a nurse for Dr. Robert Guy Vaughn in Rochester, NY. She was past secretary for the Right to Life Humane Society of Myrtle Beach, SC. Also served as past secretary for the Seneca Zoological Society, in Rochester, NY.
Survivors include her children Denise (Ziegfried) Schickenberg, Gail Ruth Turco, Carol Jean Manzella, Bonnie Lee (Terry) Callaghan; five grandchildren,nine great grandchildren.
