On the morning of March 11, 2023, after a long battle with her health, Kathryn (Kacey) Ivey (71) of Little River passed away at home surrounded by her family. In keeping with her wishes there will not be a funeral service but rather a celebration of life in her honor.

Kathryn was born to Marvin C. Yarbrough and Martha Ann in 1951. She was preceded in death by her brother Terry and survived by her devoted husband Kenny, children Brittany (Matthew), and Kenneth (Emily}, Step Daughter, Hollis Uohnny), and grandchildren Benjamin and Genevieve. She also leaves behind her four brothers, Marvin Y, Bruce G, Bruce S, and Tony S.

Kathryn was born in Richmond VA, educated in dental hygiene at the University of Florida-Gainesville and was the owner and operator of Cleanette by Kacey. She was a wonderful mother with a flair for fashion and advice, peppered with loving sass. In her early 20's, Kathryn spent a year living and receiving treatment at John Hopkins for Hodgkins Lymphoma.

Come and help us celebrate the love and life of Kacey. A woman that not only had a zest for life but shared it with everyone she knew. Let us not forget her smile, her brightness, nor her laughter. A gathering to remember the happy times, and fond memories we all can share.
