Kay L. Franklin, 70, passed away on June 18, 2020. Born November 27,  1949 in Williamsport PA she was the daughter of the late LaRue and Julia Miller. Kay loved being a nurse and helping others. She loved going to the mountains of Tennessee and visiting with neighbors. She was a lifetime member of the Myrtle Beach Rescue Squad. She will be greatly missed.
