Kenneth Carroll, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend passed away August 17, 2018. He served 20 years in the United State Air Force (1966-1986). Ken was hired at Coastal Eye Group(Georgetown) as an Ophthalmic Technician where he worked for another 23 years until his retirement. Born in New York to Catherine and Albert Carroll, Ken graduated from Ramsey High School in Ramsey New Jersey. Immediately after graduation he joined the USAF where he was a Medical Technician and Independent Duty Tech until his retirement in 1986. He married Vickara Parsons in 1970. They raised 2 sons, Sean Patrick and Kenneth Adam. The beach was his favorite place to relax and catch waves. A memorial service will be held at the residence on October 6, 2018 at 2pm
