Kenneth D Vanwagenen's Obituary
Kenneth D. VanWagenen (64) of Conway, South Carolina, passed away suddenly on October 27, 2022. He leaves behind his mother Edith M. Dylong of Phoenix AZ, his sisters Kathleen Murphy (Michael) of Phoenix AZ and Donna Staufenberg (Karl) of Albany NY, his children Shannon VanWormer of Rotterdam NY and Donald Day (Miki) of Stephentown NY, five grandchildren, Jasmine, Jarred, Joshua, and Kierden, Killian, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ken retired following over 20 years of varied and highly-decorated service in the Army, serving in such hot spots as Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
An internment service is planned for December 16, 2022 at noon at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
