Kevin Patrick Carr passed away at home on August 6, 2017 in Murrells Inlet, SC at the age of 61.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Catherine Lynn Carr, of Bear, DE, his daughter, Jennifer Lynn Watts, of Cary, NC and Daughter, Kimberly Ann Wolf, of Newark, DE, his brothers, Bruce Carr of Wilmington, DE, Chris Carr of West Columbia, SC, sisters Nancy Cook, of West Columbia, SC and Karen Haase of Rehoboth, DE. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Florence Carr and brother Greg Carr.

Kevin was retired from the Delaware Department of Transportation. He spent his retirement at the beach with his dog Winnie.

A private service is scheduled at Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Friday, August 25th. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Delaware SPCA.
