Lacy Allen Burr, 70, of Murrells Inlet, SC passed away Thursday, January 5th, 2017. He was born June 7th, 1946 in Charlotte, NC, the son of the late Alice Crisp Sprinkle and Ernest Burr, Sr. Allen was a skilled cabinet maker with a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor. He was very generous to others and lived his life serving the community.

He is survived by his son Buddy Millwood of Stockholm, Sweden; daughter Lynn Young of Huntersville, NC; four grandsons Christopher Hamrick, Hugo Millwood, August Millwood, Andrew Hill and two granddaughters Amanda Hamrick and Stella Millwood; sister Macey Lester of Simpsonville, SC; and many beloved friends in Murrells Inlet, SC.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Amy Renee Burr, mother Alice Crisp Sprinkle and father Ernest BurrSr.; eight sisters Juanita Jones, Jean Kent, Janet Honeycutt, Margie Matthews, Patty Hirsh, Beatrice Johnson, Virginia Burr, Lucille Faircloth and his three brothers, Harold Burr, Carl Burr and Ernest Burr Jr.

Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m. Friday, January 20th 2017, at Greenville Seventh-Day Adventist Church. 1702 E. North Street. Greenville,. SC. 29607
