Leonora (née Ferrari) Clark, of Surfside Beach, SC, formerly of Pine Hill, NY, and Oceanside, NY, passed away April 15, 2024, at the age of 82 after a brief illness.

Leonora, known as Lee Anne, is survived by her husband of 64 years, Richard L. Clark; a sister, Jean Kissell, of Torrance, CA; sons Richard (Lynn) Clark of Pueblo West, CO, and Donald (Heidi) Clark of Big Indian, NY; daughter Susan (Scott) Greene of Glenford, NY; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her daughter Patricia Clark in 2022.

Born May 25, 1941, in Oceanside, NY, to Louis and Leonora (née Rauth) Ferrari, Lee Anne graduated from Oceanside High School.

An avid letter writer and reader, Lee Anne was a devoted mother who, with her husband, owned and ran the White House Lodge in Pine Hill, NY, in the 1970s.  In midlife, she earned her real estate license and was an agent with Lake Luzerne Real Estate and Hasay Realty in the Pine Hill area, later opening and running her own brokerage, Lee Realty.  She also served on the Margaretville (NY) Hospital Board of Directors for several years and worked in the Potter Brothers Ski and Snowboard Shop at Belleayre Mountain.

A great cook, Lee Anne also enjoyed embroidery, sewing, collecting Hummel figurines, and drawing.  Many of her pencil drawings graced the covers of her family's Christmas cards over the years and the walls of several restaurants in South Carolina.

She and her husband retired to Surfside Beach, SC, in 2002.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
