Loretta M. Fox, 80 of Myrtle Beach entered into eternal life on Monday, April 12,2021. Loretta was born February 20, 1941 in New Bedford, MA; daughter of Arthur and Vivian Amaral. Loretta is survived by her daughter Lori Wagner (Scott), her son Randy Nelson (Dubbie), her grand children Tammy Fulmer, Nacote Fox, Fox Wagner and her great grand children Mark and Martin Fox. She is now reunited with her husband and son Ross and Mark Fox and her brother Jordan "Ace" Amaral.

Loretta dedicated her life to helping others as a nurse in the hospital and correctional systems in New Jersey from 1969 until her retirement in 2004.

Loretta was known to many as "mom" and loved all of her children both biological and surrogate with all of her heart

Loretta will be forever loved and missed by so many but never forgotten.
