Mary Harrison, aged 90, of Surfside passed away, Tuesday February 18, 2025 with her family by her side.

Born in Shickshinny, PA, she was the daughter of the late Rufus and Bertha (Humes) Cahill. She grew up a coal miner's daughter and met her husband, John Harrison, in Pennsylvania. Together they had and raised a son, John Jr. In retirement they moved to Surfside Beach to relax near the ocean.

Surviving is her son, John Jr. (Bridget), also of Surfside Beach; two grandchildren, Mary Ann Harrison and John A. Harrison, her sister Dorothy Zalesny, and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her are her parents, three sisters; Irene, Anna May, and Ruth, and one brother, Jack.
