"It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Melissa Paul (Bethea), 50, of Myrtle Beach.

Melissa brought laughter, warmth, and sunshine wherever she went. She was fun-loving, funny, and always able to put a smile on your face, even on the hardest days. Her friendly spirit and generous heart made people feel welcome, and she was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.

Melissa loved the simple joys in life - spending time at the beach, soaking up the sun, gardening, shopping, and making memories with friends and family. Her humor, kindness, and joyful personality touched so many lives and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved daughters, Madisun Singleton and Gloria Saucillo-Bethea; her mother, Patricia Hanna; her brothers John Bethea and Rich Bethea (Cindy); and her niece and nephew, Alexandra Bethea and Thomas Bethea. She also leaves behind many dear friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

A memorial service celebrating Melissa's life will be held on Friday, March 20th, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm EST at Grand Strand Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to join us to share memories and honor the beautiful life she lived."
