Pamela J. Carr, 56, of Surfside Beach, SC, passed suddenly but peacefully in her home on November 3rd, 2024. She was born on March 21st, 1968 in Buffalo, NY to Thomas and Joan Carr. Pamela was known for her warm personality and contagious laugh, her beautiful singing voice, and for being a free spirit. But most importantly she was the proudest "Grammy Pammy".

Pamela is survived by her father, Thomas Carr Jr; her son Timothy Carr and his wife, Whitney Carr; her daughter Abbie Barack and her husband, Aaron Barack; her life partner, John Day; her brothers Robert and Thomas Carr; and her grandson Masyn Lee. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Carr.

Her light touched everyone she met and her memory will live forever in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to love her.

A memorial service will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery on November 16th at 11 am.
