Patricia Ann Nelson-Stout, 75 of Conway, SC, gained her wings when she passed away peacefully on July 17, 2025. She was surrounded by her loving family and dear friends.

Patricia was born in Wheeling, WV, on July 18, 1949, the daughter of the late Harry and Dolores (Gajewski) Turner, Sr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her second husband, Paul Nelson; her youngest son, Jason Nelson; her stepson, Larry (Eugene) Stout, Jr; and her stepdaughter, Dawn Stout. Also, her two brothers, Harry Turner, Jr and Greg Turner, and one sister, Janet Turner.

Patricia leaves behind her loving husband of 24 years, Larry Stout; her sons, Bruce (Beth) Nelson of Pickerington, OH; Eric (Judy) Nelson of Wheeling, WV; and Jim (Chris) Stout-Kley of Dayton, OH; two siblings, Sandra Cardwell of Wheeling, WV and William (Linda) Turner of North Carolina. Also, her former daughter-in-law, Michelle (Jason Nelson)(Nick) Malatinsky.

Patricia was blessed with 16 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. She loved her children and grandchildren to the moon and back and beyond. She had many loving nieces and nephews.

She was beyond talented, creating many beautiful paintings, wreaths, Christmas trees, ornaments, and laser cut vases and bottles. There was nothing she couldn't create into something beautiful (it was always impeccable). Patricia herself was beautiful inside and out. We will all miss her great sense of humor, love, kindness, friendship, and compassion, and above all, we miss her! She is in God's embrace and at peace! We love you, Pat!

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 15th in Wheeling, West Virginia for her. Further details to be announced.
