1924-2017
Phyllis was originally from Connecticut but lived in Garden City, SC for many years.
Phyllis blessed this world for 92 years. She was truly the kindest person you would ever meet. Everybody who knew her, fell in love with her infectious personality. She always made you smile. She was loved and will be dearly missed by many, but she will finally be reunited with her loving husband, Louis Tuttle Sr.
A private family burial ceremony will be held in Connecticut at a later date.
