Richard Alden Corkum, 86 peacefully returned home November 5, 2021.

Dick was born in Brockton, MA January 6, 1935. He was the son of Fred and Grace Corkum and had a sister Barbara.

"Dick" is survived by his wife Marjorie Groves Corkum his 4 children, Lynda, Karen, Stephen and Marcia Corkum, 8 grandchildren, spouses, 4 great grandchildren, 3 stepsons, Tom and Corey Groves, Johnny and Michael Groves and 2 grandsons.

Dick was a retail manager, a councilman, Board President and leader in his community and church. He loved sports and coached the towns (his sons) baseball team.  He was known and much loved as Dad, Gramps, Pops and Dick.

Dick joins his parents, sister, son Kendall and beloved dog "Thunda" in heaven.

A service will be held at the Church of the Resurrection Friday, November 12 at 11am.

The family asks that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
