Richard Charles Peterson, 63, of Pond Shoals Court, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. Mr. Peterson was born in Queens, NY, a son of the late Archie Peterson and Adele Kathryn Baehny Peterson.He was preceded in death by four siblings, Valerie Peterson, Paul Peterson, Donna Walsh and Joe Peterson. Surviving are his wife, Raelene Peterson of Myrtle Beach; three step-daughters, Patricia Bonilla (T.J.) of Landisville, Pa, Amanda Wesolek and Fiancee' (Chad) of Williamstown, NJ and Stephanie Wesolek of Ridley Park, PA; five grandchildren, Mikayla, Blaine, Caeden, Ciana and C.J.; a God-Son, Brian Walsh (Chelsea); eight siblings, Art Peterson (Helen), Jean Crist (Virgil) all of New York; George Peterson, Michael Peterson, TheresaOriente, Virginia Peterson, Steve Peterson (Shannon) and Nita Witten all of New Jersey; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for family and friends in SC and New Jersey.
