Robert M. ( "Bob and Bobby" ) Petrone of New Jersey and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina passed away peacefully on March 7, 2025 with loved ones by his side.  Bob was born  in Newark, NJ, attended First Ave School prior to moving to South Orange, NJ and attending Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ, and Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ. In later years, Bob moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Bob held Sr Management positions with Blue Cross Blue Shield, NJ and Starwood Vacation Ownership, Myrtle Beach, SC.

Bob was a devoted husband, son and  brother and was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Sophie Petrone and brother, Frank Petrone.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Petrone and brother, Dr. Michael Petrone as well as many cousins, friends and his beloved animals.

Bob was a "people person" and always there for people in need and for his animals and did so much for many.

Bob was a  Beloved Husband, Son and Brother and will be missed and remembered by loved ones, friends and his beloved animals.

A Catholic Mass in Bob's name is scheduled in Myrtle Beach, SC. In addition, a Private Ceremony honoring Bob's life and love of animals will be scheduled in Myrtle Beach, SC at a later date.
