Sally Jane Syphrit, 69, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away on November 25th, 2016.
She was born April 14th, 1947 in Niagara Falls, New York, a daughter to the late Royce and Marie Syphrit.
In life, Sally devoted her life to helping others. She lived in the Washington, DC area for forty years where she worked as an early childhood education teacher. She volunteered at Loaves & Fishes where meals were prepared and served for the needy. She also worked as a cook at a summer camp for underprivileged children. She was the heart and soul of the Jim Snyder Fellowship as well.
Sally is survived by her sister Carolyn Syphrit, whom she lived with in Myrtle Beach during the last five years of her life.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Ellen Baynard, c/o St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Loaves & Fishes Program, 1356 Oak St., Washington, DC, 20010.
