Memorial Services for Sarah Ann Watts Swails, 83, were held October 26, 2023, at 10:00 am at Conway Church of God. Ann passed away October 23, 2023, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Tom and Tersie Watts of the Red Bluff area. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by nine brothers and sisters. Ann was married to the late George Todd. She is survived by her loving husband Steve Swails;  sons Arthur Todd and Richard Todd of Conway; granddaughter Lindsey Edwards (Nick); great-granddaughter, Scarlett Edwards; sister, Mary Chavis of Columbia; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
