Sherryl Marie Moody White,67, of Surfside Beach, SC passed away on September 9,2024 after a lengthy illness.  She was a beloved mother, wife, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Sherryl was born on July 20,1957 in Dillon, SC, where she spent her formative years.  She graduated from the University of West Florida and became a CPA.  She lived most of her adult live in Bel Air, MD where she worked for Royal Management Company as a CPA until she retired. Throughout her career, she was known for her hard work, dedication, and a passion for helping others.

But more than anything, Sherryl was a devoted mother.  She was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement.

Sherryl was a diehard South Carolina Gamecocks and Baltimore Ravens fan.  She loved to watch both teams and root them on.  She also loved to spend time at the beach and loved being out on her boat cruising the ocean.  She also loved music and dancing.

Remaining to cherish Sherryl's memory are her husband of 41 years, William Lee White; her daughter, Lyric White Schulien(Thomas); grandchildren, Mia Anne Schulien and Thomas Michael Schulien, Jr; sisters, Wanda Moody Harrelson(Jerry) and Jackie Moody Horne(Ricky); brother, Burns Dalton Moody(Leslie).

Preceding Sherryl in death are her parents, Burns and Joyce Porter Moody.

Memorial donations in Sherryl's memory may be directed to St. Jude or the American Cancer Society.

There will be two Celebrations of Life:

The first will be held Friday, September 13,2024 at Bubba's Bar & Grill in Myrtle Beach from 2-4,

The second on September 20, 2024 in Joppatowne, MD at Mountain Branch Golf Club from 5-7.
