Tammy Diane Smith 45 of Conway, SC passed away September 10, 2017.
She was born in Hagerstown, Maryland February 22, 1972 a daughter of Douglas Gardner and Marlene (Lescalleet) Rohrer.
She was a 1990 graduate of Boonsboro High School in Boonsboro, MD. Tammy also worked at Unifirst Uniform Service of Conway, SC.
Survivors include her mother Marlene Rohrer and step father Joseph Rohrer; brother Douglas Gardner and wife Jenine; nieces Alexia and Jaelyn Gardner;
A memorial service will be held October1,2017at Harvest Light Ministries in Maryland. A service in Conway will be held at a later date.
