Theresa Marie Cahill, 92, of Myrtle Beach, SC died on April 25th, 2017.
Theresa was born on March 10th, 1925 in Boston, Massachusetts, a daughter to the late James Joseph Galvin Sr. and Julia J. Hourihan.
In life, Theresa worked as a medical secretary at a prominent neurologist's office for many years before moving to Myrtle Beach. She was known for her kind heart and infectious smile and laughter.
Theresa is survived by her loving and faithful son Brian Cahill of Myrtle Beach.
May she rest in peace.
