March 10, 1965 - March 8, 2017

Thomas Donald Hansson,51, of Conway passed away March 8th peacefully at home with his mom and dad.

Born on March 10th in Bridgeport, CT, Tommy had wonderful family and friends his entire life who loved him dearly. Tommy was a Congenital Heart Disease Warrior who gave his best to life. Tommy had so much love and forgiveness in his heart. Tommy was grateful for everyone he met in the medical profession. Everyone touch his heart. Tommy always thanked his nurses and doctors for dedicating their lives to others, as well as all he met who helped him during his life.

Tommy worked from the time he was a teenager until his health forced him to retire in 2010. Tommy worked in Bridgeport, Ct. At McKesson, then moved to Vermont where he worked at Geka Brush in Brattleboro, then moved to Seattle where he worked at Viox. Tommy came home to be with his parents in South Carolina in December 2015. Tommy left his entire material world behind, getting off the plane in Myrtle Beach with only his med bag and two suitcases. While in Washington Tommy was a member of Mended Little Hearts. He loved his cats TC and Toma who gave him great comfort.

Tommy was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Donald and Martha Broadbent and his paternal grandparents Anders and Helen Hanson. Tommy had uncles, aunts, and cousins who loved and were there for him his whole life, in sickness and in health.

Tommy will forever be loved and missed greatly.
