Vincent D. Simoncini age 83 of Georgetown SC passed away on Tuesday May 4 ^th at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 22 ^nd 1938 in Bronx NY.

Vincent is predeceased by his Parents Vincent and Sue Simoncini and his beautiful Daughter Theresa, his mother in law Louise Lafo and Father in Law Andrew Lindh.

Vincent is survived by his beloved Wife of 48 years Louann.  Daughters Carla Jean, Louise, and Susan, Son in law Eric and 3 grandchildren who were the light of his life, Andrew, Aaron and Morgan.

Vincent is also survived by his younger brother Anthony and Sister in Law Emily whom he loved dearly. He had a close relationship with his cousin Diane and his Brother in Law Lindh. He loved, and was loved by all his brother and sister in laws, godchildren, Nieces, Nephews, cousins and friends.

Vincent proudly served in the US Army. He worked at UTC Norden Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer for 30 years and was a member of the Norden Retirees club. He had many passions, which included fishing and golfing. He loved music, specifically country and Elvis. He was especially talented at woodwork, and was an amazing craftsman who loved working with his hands. His greatest joy was spending time with his daughters and grandchildren sharing his knowledge, teaching them and making memories. He was witty and had an amazing sense of humor. He appreciated a good joke and loved to laugh.

Vincent and Louann raised their family in Milford CT. and in 2006 realized their longtime dream to retire to Georgetown SC. Together they spent their time working on their property, visiting with family, fishing and crabbing.

A Celebration of life for family and close friends will be held in CT

Vincent will be laid to rest at Mount St. Peter Cemetery in Derby CT.
