Wilson Candido
Da Silva
December 11, 2023
Wilson Candido Da Silva, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, died unexpectedly on December 11th. He was only 44 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death. Wilson was born on November 14th, in Iapu Minas Gerais, Brasil, and lived in the United States for most of his adult life.
Wilson worked in construction and did framing as his trade. He was good at his job and did it well. He was very passionate about his job and took pride in his work.
Wilson's passion was soccer and he shared that passion with his two sons Mateus and Luca. He loved getting pictures and videos of Mateus playing soccer in Russia. He'd play soccer with Luca till he was out of breath and tired, but loved the bond they had while playing. At Luca's soccer games you could hear him in the stands coaching from the side lines. Wilson loved his Brazilian soccer team, Flamengo, win or lose he was adamant about his team being the best.
Wilson also enjoyed cooking. Luca and Tereza's favorite was when he cooked his rice.
He loved his boys but his heart and soul was his daughter, Tereza. She loved being thrown up into the air over and over again and being tickled till she couldn't take it anymore. Their laughter was contagious and you couldn't help but to smile watching them together. Wilson was Tereza's best friend and she loved when her daddy kissed her but not too hard.
Wilson is predeceased by his mother Tereza Feliciano Da Silva
Wilson is survived by his wife Hayley (Myrtle Beach), and children Mateus (Russia), and Luca and Tereza (Myrtle Beach).
